Kejadiannya di akhir Ramadhan bulan lalu.
Tersebutlah sebuah Kabupaten bernama Bombana, empat jam perjalanan dari Kota Kendari.
Seorang penduduk kabupaten kecil ini tiba-tiba jadi OKB, orang kaya baru, padahal gak keliatan usahanya.
Macam-macam dugaan orang, dari tuduhan miara tuyul, sampe disangka kedatangan lailatul Qadar.
Usut punya usut, ternyata OKB ini nemu sebuah sungai yang pasirnya mengandung kadar emas murni. Tahi ite nama sungainya.
Dia gak ngomong ke orang-orang. Keluar rumah pagi, pulangnya sore, ternyata dia mendulang emas di sungai situ. Emas yang bercampur pasir dibawa pulang, dimasak sampe lebur, sampe pasirnya misah.
Berhari-hari mendulang, dia udah bisa ngumpul kiloan emas. Catet yah, bukan gram, tapi kilogram!
Tapi namanya barang kayak gitu gak bisa disembunyiin kali ya. Gatel tu lidah kalo ga diomongin.
Akhirnya nyebar deh ke penduduk.
Emas di sungai tahi ite pun jadi booming. Berbondong-bondong orang datang ke situ.
Dari kota Kendari, luar kota, bahkan ada yang dari luar propinsi kayak Makassar, Ambon sampe Papua yang mutusin hijrah ke Kendari.
Gak berapa lama, setelah sungai Tahi Ite, masyarakat Bombana kembali nemu sungai ngandung emas, sungai Ububangka namanya. Sungai ini masih terletak di Kecamatan Rarowatu, Kabupaten Bombana. Gak gitu jauh dari sungai pertama.
Menurut bupati Bombana, DR H Atikurrahman, Ububangka ini jauh lebih banyak lagi emasnya.
Pendulangnya pun lebih rame ketimbang di Tahi Ite. Sehari bisa puluhan ribu orang.
Informasi sementara dari ahli yang dapat dipercaya sebelum uji laboratorium berikutnya, kadar emas di sungai Tahi ite dan Ububangka itu adalah 197 PPM (part per million).
Kalo gak salah, itu artinya dalam satu ton pasir dulangan terdapat 197 gram emas disitu.
Emas Bombana ini kabarnya juga kualitas terbaik di dunia setelah emas Korea.
Gak hanya sungai, batu, sampe akar pohon pun mengandung emas. Bahkan mencabut rumput di dua sungai ini ditanggung ada emas di bagian akarnya. Dan menurut Bupati Bombana lagi, setelah diteliti daerahnya ternyata memiliki deposit emas sebanyak 184.00 ton.
Fyuhh… bayangin aja.
Jadi jangan heran kalo ke Kendari sekarang sepi banget. Jalanan lengang. Sopir angkot alih profesi jadi pendulang emas. Pekerja bangunan ninggalin pekerjaannya. Nelayan males melaut, akhirnya ikan jadi mahal.
Tukang ojek pun sombong, gak ada lagi yang mau ngojek.
Yang rame malah usaha jual-beli emas dadakan, di kota jadi menjamur. Konsumennya pun ngantri.
Kentara banget orang-orang yang baru pulang dari Bombana.
Wajah sumringah, biasanya langsung ke pusat-pusat perbelanjaan, salon permak muka, atau ke dealer motor, beli motor bahkan mobil baru.
Tapi bukan berarti gak ada resiko loh yah. Sampe hari ini tercatat udah belasan orang tewas ketimpa tanah.
Akhirnya semingguan belakangan ini pemerintah mulai mutar otak. Pendulangan udah dibatasi. Para pendulang mesti diregistrasi ulang. Daftar kayak CPNS, trus dibebankan kartu masuk wilayah pendulangan yang dibeli 250 ribu per-orang, dan ada tanggal ekspirednya.
Udah bayar kartu, eeh bukannya pendulang berkurang, malah makin banyak.
Berapa sih arti 250 ribu, kalo dibanding sehari mendulang serius (kalo mujur) bisa dapat sampe 40 gram emas..?
Beydewey. Banyak cerita unik lainnya dibalik penemuan sungai emas ini.
Harga kuali melonjak, yang kecil sampe 150 ribu rupiah.
Ada temennya temen gw, berkunjung ke rumah tantenya, mau minjem kuali, alasannya mau dipake kemping ke gunung. Besoknya dia cuma bisa cengengesan kepergok si pemilik kuali di lokasi pendulangan. Hihihi..
Ada juga yang nyewa truk, trus ngambil tanah sungai itu dibawa pulang ke rumahnya. Trus ndulang deh dia rumahnya. Lumayan, katanya dapat 30-an gram.
Tapi cara kayak gitu sekarang gak dibolehin lagi ama pemerintah.
Dan yang paling heboh, penemuan buaya di sungai emas itu.
Buayanya jinak, diem aja waktu ditangkap.
Anehnya, buaya itu sisiknya berwarna emas. Kepalanya berkilauan kayak dilumuri emas.
Fyuhh..
